First visits
What should I book for my first visit?
If you have a scalp concern, book the 30-minute scalp analysis. It includes multi-point imaging and a written plan, and the SGD 38 fee is redeemable against a treatment on the same day. If you want rest, book the 60-minute Signature Head Spa.
Do I need to wash my hair before a treatment?
No. Scalp treatments and head spa rituals begin with a cleanse. Avoid heavy leave-in products so the therapist can read the scalp comfortably.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes early is ideal. That gives you time to settle, complete a short history and choose a tea without rushing the start of your appointment.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide a robe, a locker and a hair tie. If you have a preferred comb or product, bring it and we will use it.
Treatments
What is the difference between scalp care and head spa?
Scalp care is problem-led: analysis, cleansing protocols and a plan for oiliness, flaking, sensitivity or thinning. Head spa is experience-led: a slower ritual with steam, massage and a quiet rest. Many guests use both, on separate visits.
Can you treat hair loss?
We do not diagnose or treat hair loss, and we do not promise regrowth. We support scalp health and comfort, and we refer you to a doctor when the pattern needs medical review.
Are treatments safe during pregnancy?
We offer a gentle cleanse and massage protocol during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We do not use micro-channel or low-level light protocols during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell us at booking so we can plan the right session.
Will my hair be wet afterwards?
Scalp treatments end with a blow-dry. Head spa rituals end with towel-dried, natural hair, because the ritual includes a long quiet rest. Many guests book head spa at the end of the day.
Prices and payment
How much does it cost?
Scalp analysis is SGD 38. Scalp treatments range from SGD 168 to SGD 268. Head spa is SGD 158 for 60 minutes, or SGD 128 for a first visit, and SGD 208 for 90 minutes. All prices include GST. See the full price list.
Do I need a membership?
No. Every treatment can be booked individually. Course pricing is offered after a consultation if you want to continue, and you are never required to buy a package.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow, major credit cards and cash at the studio. Payment is taken after the treatment, not at booking.
Can I use a gift voucher?
Yes. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be used against any ritual. Mention the voucher when booking and bring the email with you.
Bookings and studios
What is the cancellation policy?
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee of 50 percent of the treatment price. See cancellation and rescheduling.
Which studios are open?
Wheelock Place is open seven days. Holland Village and Great World City open in December 2026; both have waitlists. See studios.
Can I request a therapist?
Yes. Add the request in the notes field when booking, or message the studio. We will do our best to match you, subject to the schedule.
How is my data handled?
We collect the minimum needed to confirm and follow up on your appointment, and we handle it under Singapore's PDPA. See the privacy notice.
